• This website is designed for doctors to assess the bone age of their patients using artificial intelligence.
• Only doctors are authorized to create user accounts and are responsible for managing their accounts.

2. Service Provision

• A doctor receives a unique QR code and places it in their clinic.
  Patients can scan this code to be directed to a page where they enter the patient's details (name, national ID, date of birth) and a radiology image or link.
• Placing an order is subject to online payment. After successful payment, the bone age assessment request is sent to the doctor.

3. Doctor's Responsibility

• The doctor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user account login information.
• The doctor must ensure the patient's rights with respect to collecting medical information and radiology images (including obtaining patient consent or legal guardian consent, where applicable).
• Any inappropriate content, privacy violations, or breaches of laws are the responsibility of the doctor. The website holds no liability in this regard.

4. Website's Liability and Medical Disclaimer

• The website uses artificial intelligence algorithms to estimate bone age and does not guarantee the accuracy of the results.
• The provided result is solely an aid tool for clinical diagnosis and does not replace specialized examination by a physician.
• Therapeutic or diagnostic decisions are the responsibility of the treating physician, and the website is not liable for the consequences of any medical decisions.

5. Use of Data for Artificial Intelligence Training

• Patient information (including images, identification data, etc.) may be used anonymously to improve and train algorithms.
• If the doctor (or patient) does not wish their data to be used in artificial intelligence training, it is possible to opt out upon written or electronic request.

6. Intellectual Property

• All material and intellectual rights of the software, algorithms, and services related to the website are owned by the provider.
• Commercial use of any part of the website's services or content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms of Use

• The terms of use may change over time, and notifications will be made via the website.
